Movement Fundamentals – 6 week program

Experienced instructor and coach Mairin Husak leads this 6-week program which is geared towards children who want to improve their fundamental movement skills in a safe and fun environment. A variety of new skills will be introduced each week in fun and creative ways. The children will be playing games and using their imagination to build strength and confidence in their abilities and in what they have learned. Specific Skills: Jumping, balancing, throwing, catching and kicking.

Fundamental Sports Skills – 6 week program

Experienced instructor and coach Mairin Husak leads this 6-week program which is designed to enhance movement skills and abilities while building confidence and strength. Each week of the program children will practice the skills they have learned in a non –competitive, supportive environment. Fun and creative games and activities will be done each week to keep the kids guessing. Program focuses on developing sports skills and abilities in all areas.

Basketball Skills – Jr. Session

Come out and shoot some hoops! Our youth basketball programs are intended for players to have fun with drills, while being competitive and improving their basketball skills. Players will develop skills in the areas of shooting, passing, ball handling, and defensive concepts. We will be welcoming two experienced young basketball coaches, Claire and Zoe, to lead this program.

Summer Programming at PBP

We are pleased to offer two great programs at our community hall this summer. Child’s Play Group and Pedalheads will be joining us to provide some great summer care options for your kids!


Child’s Play Group

will be offering 9 weeks of vacation care. Running weekly, starting July 4 through to September 2. We will be open from 7:00am-6:00pm Monday through Friday.
The cost per week is $199.99 with options for part-time, and drop-in care. The week of August 2-5 the cost is $180.00. There is also a daily and half day rate available.
Every week we will be venturing out of the community hall to explore our surroundings and experience what our city has to offer. We will have many fun activities planned to
keep the children busy, and engaged for the duration they are with us!

August 2-5 the cost is $180.00.

is a 10 level instructional bike safety and skills camp for kids aged 2-12 that provides innovative and effective programs that are safe, fun and challenging. We invite children to discover a world of opportunities. From training wheels to trails, each level includes 5 learning categories: safety knowledge, safety skills, trail riding, street riding, and bike maintenance.



is a superhero themed instructional program that focuses on the development of various physical skills for children aged 4 to 8. Key points of emphasis include: physically active, outdoors, fun, building confidence, participation in daily challenges, exploring other sports and skills. Kids will participate in a variety of skills, drills, obstacle courses, and games to build their superpowers (the Super 7 Skills), and train to take on the Super 7 Challenge and Heroheads Rescue Race on the final day of camp.
