The Annual General will be held on Thursday Nov 13, 2014, at 7:00pm, at the PBP Community Centre.
Please mark your calendars for this opportunity to come and hear our reports and accomplishments from the past 12 months. This also provides you with an opportunity to get involved in the community.
WE NEED BOARD MEMBERS! If you are interested in being a board member contact email@example.com and please attend to the AGM. If you are passionate about your community and want to create positive change, join us at the AGM to be part of a great team. We are happy to have those who want to help get involved. The following Board positions (some availability still exists!) will be voted in this AGM are: Vice President, Secretary, Directors at Large. Please note that participation at Board meetings (2 hour per month) is the primary commitment of this volunteer role, and we meet on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. We do not meet in July and August.
Additionally there are volunteer (non-Board) positions where adhoc help is needed in various areas such as:
1. Rink Flood Team
2. Events Planning and Execution Team
3. Community Program Development (kids, Seniors, adults, preschoolers),
4. Volunteer Coordination
5. Membership Recruitment
6. Sponsorship & Fundraising
