Greetings to all members of the Palliser Bayview Pumphill Community Association.
The Annual General Meeting of the Community Association will take place on Tuesday March 3 at 7pm at the community hall.
At the meeting, a special resolution will be presented, proposing to change the by-law required date for the annual General Meeting; allowing flexibility for the Board to set timing of the annual meeting before March 31 each year.
The AGM itself has a short agenda for members to see and approve the Association’s activities over the past year, and get any questions addressed.
After the business meeting our Ward 11 City Councillor Rob Ward will speak and answer questions.
