Rentals

Our community facility is available for your events, classes, meetings and clubs. We have a multi-purpose room, with kitchen, as well as a board room for smaller events. The facility is easy to access, next to Nellie McClung Elementary School, and provides access to the outdoor fields, children’s playgrounds and our Outdoor Rink & Basketball Courts.

The Main Hall & Kitchen

Main Hall Amenities

Palliser, Bayview, Pumphill Community Association can accommodate up to 60 guests for seated functions or 75 standing, our hall is 1040sqft and is great for things like birthday parties, baby showers, Anniversary parties & workshops/seminars, as well as children’s groups, arts shows and much more!

  • 12 tables (6ft X 2.5ft)
  • Our kitchen hosts a stove, fridge, microwave and coffee pot. Cutlery, dish wear and linens are not available. 
  • Propane BBQ, PA/Bluetooth sound system & High Definition projector (USB, WIFI, Mirrorcast, HDMI) available for a small extra fee of $40 per piece, per rental.

Main Hall Details

Our rental rates are as follows (4 options): *Note your rental must include your set up and clean up time.

HOURLY- Weekend (Fridays through Sunday) Hourly rate is $55 per hour min 3 hours a $35 cleaning fee (mandatory)

HALF DAY RENTAL– Weekends (Friday through Sunday) Half Day rental (2pm-1am) $350 With a $50 cleaning fee (mandatory)

FULL DAY RENTAL-Weekend (Friday through Sunday) All-day rental (6am-1am) is $500 With a $50 cleaning fee (mandatory)

WEEKDAY RENTALS-Weekdays (Monday-Thursdays) Hourly rate of $45 per hour min 2 hours With a $35 Cleaning fee (mandatory)

BAORD ROOM RENTALS: are $25 per hour no minimum, your rental time must include your set up and clean up or you can pay the optional $35 fee for cleaners.

Rental payments: We collect payment in full by E-transfer with no fee or a credit card with a $15 fee.

Damage Deposits: There is a $250 damage deposit required at the time of booking, The deposit is returned up to 10 business days after your event providing there is no damages and the hall is left in good condition.

Alcohol is permitted with proper liquor license, we also strongly suggest you purchase event insurance that can be purchased through your personal insurance provider or by a Canadian company called PAL insurance.

Cleaning expectations: You are required to leave the hall tidy after your event to include wiping off and putting away tables and chairs, cleaning up any spills, tiding and putting away dishes as found and lastly taking out the garbage’s behind you. But heavier cleaning such as mopping floors, kitchen and bathrooms are included in your cleaning fee.

Cancelation policy is as follows:

30 or more full refund minus $50 admin fee.

15+ days half refund of total amount.

14 days or less no refund.
